If you lose symptoms does that mean you're going to miscarry?

My symptoms come and go. It used to worry me but now it seems normal. Somedays I wake up and feel great with 0 symtoms, the next the opposite.

I don't have any any more. Not even tender breasts. 
And I had this yesterday

I don't have any symptoms anymore either. But I also started spotting and have had some more intense cramps. For me, all those things combined don't seem good, but if it were just one of them I wouldn't worry too much.

It's natural for symptoms to go up and down and they have nothing to do with if you will miscarry.

In fact with my previous pregnancy I found out that I had had a missed miscarriage at 7 weeks when I went in for my 12 week ultrasound. My symptoms never went away until after my D&C the following week, and I was having really awful morning sickness.

Not trying to freak anyone out just pointing out that the presence or lack of symptoms doesn't mean anything so don't worry.

I need to know this too. I "felt" pregnant last week but nothing this week. Just more frequent urination. I'm five weeks and my first appointment is next week.

Mine have been up and down too. 8 weeks now, next dr visit at 10 weeks.
