So today’s been my second month taking Vitex and me and my partner had started trying to conceive and I’ve missed my period yesterday and so far today but this morning I woke up with a REALLY painful cramp but it only lasted like 10 minutes also my nipples are really sore not my whole boob but my nipples and just today I’ve been EXTREMELY tired even though i sleep since 8 yesterday night to like 9 this morning. I get nauseous but the past 2 times it’s just been in the car yesterday. when I realized I had missed my period I checked my cm and I have clear and really stretchy cm which means fertile if I’m correct and that threw me off as well! Any opinions or anything y’all would like to share PLEASE COMMENT. I have also dropped a picture of my cycle for you ladies. !
