weeks and hcg levels

came off my birth control (pill form) in November, I had a period Nov 29-31, then Dec 14-17, Dec 29-31. I started trying for a baby Dec 26th. I got a positive pregnancy test January 15th. I went to a pregnancy resource center yesterday January 22nd and they confirmed the pregnancy test and used my period on December 14th as my lmp period it would have been "too soon" to get a positive test with my lmp being Dec 29. I had blood levels draw for hcg on Friday Jan 19th and my levels were 22. Would it be accurate that I would be around 5 weeks 5 days?
