Random period

Hey ladies,

The last three periods have been super close together. One lasted hella long and was very light light bleeding. The other came earlier than normal but was normal. I just went to the bathroom and wiped and there's blood and it looks like I'm starting again. It's been like 10 days since my last period maybe a little over. It's so random and inconsistent. Again I'm not entirely sure it's my period but there's blood so I'm assuming I just started today (Jan 23). I'm so confused ladies. I'm not on birth control never have been because I never wanted odd periods. Should I be worried or is it normal for your body to be ill-regular with periods sometimes. Much confusion. Plz help! Also I have been under a bunch of stress I just got in a wreck and my fiancé is moving and he will be deploying to panama soon and college just started for me once again.
