Faint line?!?

So, I had given birth to my still born angel 10/4/17, got my period 11/22/17-11/26/17 right after was put on microgestin pills(12/2/17) which made me bleed profusely so my GYN told me to stop taking them so the bleeding would stop because I almost hemmoraged to death with my son. So I stopped bleeding 12/21/17. On 1/12/18 I got some spotting that was enough to fill a panty liner or two. It would go on and off and was mixed with clear cervical mucus. It stopped the morning of 1/14/18. I’ve taken three pregnancy test after talking to my GYN and the first had a faint line you could barley see, the second was negative and this is the third. I need opinions ladies, a light positive or an indentation line!?
