Anyone else still running? I’m 23w3d and I’ve been running this entire pregnancy. My lungs and belly feel fine, no bleeding, tugging or cramping but my poor calves, shins and ankles are screaming at me like β€œGiiiiirl you’ve gained 15 pounds, get off of us!” I’m slowing down a lot and having to cut back my miles but I hate it because I love running!

Anyone else have this issue? Any tips? Shoe recommendations? Stretching recommendations?
