Ladies i need your help.

My SO and I have been TTC for almost 3 years. I was diagnosed with PCO in December 2015. Lately I've been having a lot more discharge then normal and the other day I went to the bathroom because I felt really wet, and when I wiped it was a yellowish discharge colour, that was the only time it was that colour.

Tonight I went to the bathroom and when I wiped it was a clear discharge with a little dot of blood, so I wiped again and it was clear discharge again but with streaky/veiny looking blood (very small amount). I have been going and wiping every hour to see if there is anymore but nothing. My last period was a week and a half ago that lasted a day and a half, but since July they've been coming on time every month for 5-6 days. I don't want to test and get my hopes up, but a few ladies I've talked to with PCO say that they have experienced this during the first couple weeks of pregnancy. Any other ladies experience this while pregnant? I'm going to pick up a test tomorrow but I really dont want to see another negative test.
