My husband and I were planning on TTC this July (I am a teacher, so I would like to have the summer to spend with the new baby since we don't receive maternity leave and the baby would be at least 5 months before starting daycare). However, I recently got a new job within the school system ( not a teacher) and will start this August. I am 26, so fairly young, but we have such a strong desire to have a child.  My question is, should we hold off on TTC for another year so I can settle into my new role or go ahead and TTC this summer as planned?
