Husband is romantic

So my husband and I were reminiscing over our past and got into how we met. He tells me this beautiful story of how he locked eyes with me and it just clicked, he knew I was the one he had been waiting for, he just felt it in his soul. Then he asks me what I thought about him the first time we met and I started laughing. It couldn't be helped. I did not want to tell him my first thoughts. So eventually I stop giggling long enough to tell him my first thoughts. Yeah I thought you were really cute but that hat you were wearing was so fucking ugly. He didn't remember he was wearing a hat, then I described it as reminding me of that ugly long brimmed hat that kid in the Sandlot wore. And he remembered and we both laughed and now have an inside joke about the magical hat.
