Why is it so hard now.

Question

I was married for 20 years and out of those 20 years we had 5 children. I got pregnant off the pill, IUD, and the shot. Been divorced for 10 years and now in a amazing relationship and we have been trying for 7 months and cannot get pregnant. I don’t understand why it’s so hard for me to get pregnant now. It’s all I can think about now. With every broken heart when we see the negative I am not understanding why. Has this happens to any one else

I’ve had 3 children to previous marriage & I was lucky to have another to my partner of almost 4 yrs, his 2 in February however because 2 of my kids are adults & one is 8 yrs old & is shared with my ex husband we would love to give Archer a sibling, my partner also has a 6yr old boy from previous marriage but doesn’t see him often. I’m turning 42 in February & we have also been ttc going on 7 months 😩 I fell quickly with my others & even with Archer but this time I’ve tried everything, charting, ovulation tests, eating healthier, drinking water all the time, preseed etc... so I’m getting a progesterone test done & a test to check quality of my eggs, get this done 6th February, I know I ovulate as well so not sure why 🤷‍♀️ This time I’m done with all the charting etc, gets too stressful

you're not alone. I'm 41 3 kids and my new husband is 32. We are trying. just got off IUD woth 1 normal period. We are charting my cycle and ovulation times. Never had a problem getting pregnant I think it's harder cuz we are older. I hope you're blessed soon honey.

You are not alone😞 I have 4 kids frm my previous marriage, and my oldest daughter is 15-/12 & last one is twin boy and girl so I have two of each, and now I have wonderful husband been married for 2 and half years and also been miscarriage year in half now, and we still trying, fingers cross 🤞to all of us, I have first Clomid and the trigger shot 2 weeks ego and let see 🙏🏼👌🏼

You are definitely not alone. I had 5 children before I was 23 with my 1st husband. I'm 41 and my husband and I have been trying for our rainbow baby for 3 years. All I have is losses. We have done every fertility med and treatment. All test and numbers are perfect yet still no successful pregnancy. We were blessed through adoption 11 months ago but still would love to give him a sibling but I'm not interested in anymore meds or ivf.
