Positive pregnancy test dreams?

Okay so I just had my son 2 months ago and my husband and I had sex like 2 weeks ago and had a minor accident. I’m on a low hormone bc and meds for post partum. I’m only 2 months post partum so I’m sure I’m still really fertile. We had the accident like 2 weeks ago and ever since I’ve had crazy dreams. I had one about a week ago that I could feel a baby moving in my stomach and then last night I had one that I took a pregnancy test and two pink lines showed up and then the test like started morphing and Disintegrated. Has anyone had similar dreams and came up actually pregnant? This is just crazy to me. Has anyone else had dreams like this ?
