Bed rest !!
Hi , I am 6 weeks pregnant ,Do I have to sleep on my back all the time when I told to take bed rest? Can I sleep turning left or right ? And is it ok to sit on couch with lifting leg up ? Anyone experienced complete bed rest in their pregnancy ? I am really fed up by this bed rest !!
