Must haves for 2nd baby?

I'm pregnant with baby #2 so I'm wondering what items I should consider getting. My first will be 2 and a half when this baby is born so I'm really curious about stroller and diaper bag recommendations. Thanks in advance! ☺

My babies are 16 months apart. I didn’t get anything specially for the second. He used all his sister’s hand me downs. I did have a Lillebaby carrier which was great. I still haven’t needed a double stroller and my youngest is now 10 months old, so I’m glad I never bought one.

I only have 1, but my sister has 4 and she always swears by her baby carrier. She’s constantly running around after the older kids, so she puts her youngest in the carrier so she doesn’t have to worry about her lol. She thinks a double stroller is ridiculous, but personally I think I’d buy one, depending how young your other baby is. My favorite must-have my sister talks about is her dog to clean up any food messes😂

I am just using a back pack for each of them and I have my baby trend double stroller that the baby seat will click right onto 😌 and I still have my sons swing and bassinet that I will use 😬

For the diaper bag I just got my almost 2 year old his own little back pack for his stuff since i don’t really need to take his bag in everywhere we go anymore. And then I use an over the shoulder bag for the baby. 
I have a sit to stand double stroller but it’s super heavy and huge so I only use it for like the zoo, aquarium trips ect and our everyday stuff I just put baby in a carrier and either leash my toddler or put him in a single stroller
