Conceiving naturally with PCOS but miscarrying?

So I've had 2 miscarriages in 1 year. First was blighted ovum second was chemical. I always get a LH surge every month on my opk and my temps show I'm ovulating. Periods are regular. Anyways I went to OB today for more lab work and he said I have a polycystic pattern to my ovaries.  He said "a lot" of women that have that pattern have PCOS. Also I have excessive facial/body hair growth.

My question is has anyone with PCOS been able to conceive naturally but needed treatment to maintain the pregnancy?  If so, did any treatment work?

I recognized my symptoms as PCOS a few years before I started TTC. It took 3 years of “not trying but not preventing” and about 3 months of actually monitoring my body to become pregnant. I honestly just became more aware of what it meant for my body specifically to be ovulating and What not. We got pregnant naturally and I had a great pregnancy without needing anything to help! So there’s hope 😊 🤞🏻 For you!!

Metformin helps reduce miscarriage. I have pcos and took it with clomid. We’re 15 weeks.

That’s how I got my diagnosis as well. Two chemical pregnancies back to back. My cycles have always been normal, but after beginning my TTC journey, I discovered I ovulated very late in my cycle. Basically my pcos has caused a luteal phase defect in my case. I am on my second round of letrozole, and use progesterone after ovulation and will continue through the first trimester if we conceive this time. There is hope! Good luck.

I also read a clinical study from the mayo clinic that said increasing vitamin c raised progesterone levels up to 77%.

from what ive read, magnesium is the key to maintaining a pregnancy. im still ttc so im not sure how true that is.
