First time ttc

This is the first time I’m actually trying to conceive

Due for period on 1/8/18

1/11/18 positive hpt and blood work (hcg level at 48)

1/17/18 positive urine and blood work(hcg level at 1062 nothing in ultrasound)

1/19/18 went to dr sent me for ultrasound and blood work on 1/23/18

1/24/18 spoke with dr about results(hcg level 7490 and a gestational sac and yolk sac(

Dr sent me for another ultrasound on 1/30/18 and return to him on 1/31/18 he stated if nothing more shows then we need to talk about termination options....

HOW? If you can’t see much till 5 or 6 weeks
