Hellllppppp nose piercing

Please SOMEONE give me some advice on how to avoid nose piercing bumps! I got it pierced December 6th it did fine for like the first week. Ever since I’ve been battling this thing! Seriously it’s one thing after another and once again another bump has appeared. I’ve had it looked at and it isn’t a keloid. I’ve tried everything! Changed the jewelry to hypoallergenic, kept it clean 3 times a day, salt pastes, tea tree oil..... regular sea salt water. I don’t know what to do for this, before I give up completely and take it out I want to try and see if there is anything else that may help with this problem. I love it and would hate to lose my piercing :( HELP!
