NEED URGENT HELP

So my partner and I have been try for about a year and a half unsuccessfully, I'm "apparently" 6 dpo according to the app. I had my last period 20 days ago, I am in a very weird predicament today.

2 hours ago my hip started hurting roughly an inch inside my hip. So I started bleeding a pink blood light, very thin no discharge. We hard a bit of rough sex last night so he may have ripped me, another possibility is that it's an early period because I'm on metformin for my pcos, or an early period because of my pcos (however I never bleed this colour at the start of my period) or maybe implantation bleeding.

It's way to early to test and I have a hsg planned for Monday so please you lovely ladies look at this picture and give me your honest opinions.

Also I apologise about my nails I have a bad habit of chewing my very staining teal gel polish off.
