Trying to conceive

Okay so this is the first time I’ve posted, but I’m feeling a little deflated and want to hear people’s stories.

I’m 21 soon and my fiancé and I have been TTC for 15 months with no luck. I suffer from Ovarian cysts and early last year was rushed into hospital with a burst cyst and blood poisoning/sepsis after surgery and all was sorted my periods was a little out of place but have regulated again the past 5 months, I don’t know if I’m stressing about not getting pregnant or if there’s actually something wrong with me. My family say it’s normal to not get pregnant quickly my nan waited 20 years before falling pregnant so I think I’m stressing too much and putting too much pressure on myself.
