Hopefully my month

Trying not to over think and get to excited just been TTC for 5-6 months first month using opk we had sex everyday of my fertile window but two. I got a postive opk the 17th so we BD that night and the following two nights.. ever since 7dpo I've had mild cramping I'm now 9dpo my nipples are sore if touched and seem a tad darker, and there's white dots on both.. also feel tender and more fuller I woke up to sharp twingy pains went away after a few mins.. and it happened sfter i had a dream I was pregnant. My boyfriends brother told me your pregnant and he didn't even know we were TTC.. so I'm really hoping when I take a test its a BFP af due 2/1 sending baby dust to all 🎉
