Clueless and Lost

I was 8 days late with 6 super faint positive test. I woke, 2 days ago, to moderate bleeding that was dark red that lasted about 3 hours then turned brown later that night only when I wiped. My test lines are still super faint but I have no clue on if this was a M/C or what. There's no bleeding or brown occuring now. I still have sore breast, that pulling tug feeling in abdomen and nauseous when smelling food. I am trying to get an appointment with the OB but I don't know what my body is doing at this point. Any similar stories?
