Summer breakfast ideas?
Hi ladies! I'd love to hear your suggestions for summer breakfasts since it's gotten too hot for me to cook anything warm (we don't have central air and it gets very stuffy!). My current go-to for fiber and protein is Cheerios (or other whole grain cereal) with almond milk and a half cup of frozen mixed berries straight from the freezer: makes everything nice and cold (which helps with my nausea, too) and adds a hit of sweetness, yum! Plus the purple milk at the end makes me smile 😍
