Weird patches on skin but not ring worm or bites?

Pardon my bath water. It’s a bath bomb lol and no this isn’t from bath bombs. This is the first time I’m maybe 7 months I’ve had one.

I don’t even know where to start with this. These patches have been on my legs, specifically my knee and shin for months. I didn’t really pay attention to them until they didn’t go away and more started showing up. They don’t hurt and I can’t tell if they feel raised.

The first spot to show up was actually on my love handles on my right side. It was HUGE but it was lighter in color. I had just gotten out the shower and thought the hot water made my skin do something weird. It’s still there but it’s close to my butt and too light to get in a picture.

Edit; I don’t think they’re bites of any kind because my fiancé and I live together and he doesn’t have anything on him.

This one showed up recently on my high thigh near the bottom of my hip.

These have been there for months. The bruise is from my dog climbing all over me when I’m sleeping.

They’re like pin point red spots super clustered together and I’m getting worried. I’m going to see a dermatologist next week when I get an off day.
