Pregnancy dreams what could they mean....

I know dreams are just dreams but sometimes they really do mean something. So last two nights i dreamed of someone being pregnant. First night was my brother in-laws girlfriend pregnant and rubbing on her belly. ( idont even know her ) then last night i dreamed that my sister announced pregnancy and she was having a boy. And no i haven't gone to bed thinking about being pregnant even though thats my wish to become pregnant one day. Does anyone know what could this mean ???
