Urban sitters if you're in an area that has it? I learned the hard way because my mother was always my babysitter when I was working to have a backup for her and then a backup for my backup lol Also some daycares have a drop in rate, even some day homes will take drop-ins.

I woukd try to find someone else you can trust to watch your child. I wouldn’t take the chance if any illness especially this year, with how horrible everything is! It’s a tough situation, if you have a SO would he be able to take the time off work?

I always would want to have a back up. I want to always cover bases. Is there absolutely nobody else you trust to care for your little one while your normal sitter recovers?
