Is diarrhea a good sign of pregnancy ?

I'm 8 dpo , and I've been having diarrhea the past few days! Even last night I woke up and had diarrhea and started throwing up at the same time! Tmi but I threw up 4 times, my whole dinner. Couldn't even throw up in the toilet because I was also going. It was crazy but could this be a good symptom?

It’s usually constipation that comes along with pregnancy. Sounds more like you have a little bug going on.

Yes diarrhea can be a symptom but it's nothing to worry about.I've had it off & on just the 1st trimester then it went away.Constipation still lingers around tho.Goodluck & hope you get positive soon.
