Gastroenteritis/ stomach flu

So my son has only been in daycare for 2 days and he’s already picked up the stomach flu😭

Can somebody please tell me some foods I can feed him other than toast & applesauce and rice.

He only vomited once on Saturday and he didn’t have diarrhea last night so I fed him scrambled eggs with almond butter toast this morning thinking he’d be fine but he just threw it all up! He didn’t nap and is laying on the floor with no energy! My poor baby. I’m staying away from dairy and protein. Giving him pedialyte with a splash of Gatorade.

Any suggestions will help. (Food suggestions also)
