Feeling dead inside 💔😢

I had a mc 5/20/15 I was 12 weeks & had to have surgery also I moved to Germany in April to have a better life with my fiancé & I gave up a lot to be here my family & fiancé don't get along. I found out my family had to bring my pets to the Animal shelter I'm completely heart broken & depressed. I'm so sorry for other people that have to deal with Anxiety & depression I dealt with it for a while now it sucks so bad.
