Absurd Old Wives Tales About Pregnancy

What's the most absurd untrue old wives tale you've been told?? A woman I worked with used to basically give me shit about me quitting smoking once I found out I was pregnant. She always asked me if I wanted to go smoke after she knew I quit and was carrying a baby smh.. then one day she told me it's completely safe and no harm will come to my unborn baby if I smoke up to 10 cigarettes a day. 😩😬 I didn't even have a response for her... I just walked off before I gave her a peice of my mind.
