Jogging 1st trimester

Sofia

Hello moms,πŸ˜πŸ’•πŸŒ…πŸ’•

I am currently 5w5d pregnant. I have been running races, climbing high altitude mountains, surfing, snowboarding, doing HIIT exercises and cross training yoga all the way to the day I found out I was pregnant. With one previous miscarriage and also two years of trying to conceive, I’ve stopped running, surfing, climbing .... but I kept on Hiking and doing yoga. I actually would like to go for a 4k beach jog a day as well but I don’t want to risk losing my baby.

What do you think? I asked my doctor, he didn’t say not to exercise he just said not to get tired.

Anyone here is going through the same thing?!? I would like to know.πŸ™πŸ’•
