I don’t know what I’m doing 😣😫

I’m 32 weeks pregnant with a 2 year old who’s starting to not listen. Her dad is strict so I feel I have to be the soft parent but idk if that makes her think she can run over me or if I need to be stern like her dad so she obeys me. I’m emotional because idk how to raise a child and idk if what I’m doing will be good or bad or what!!!! (Could be my hormones 🤷🏾‍♀️) any advice from those who have experience with toddlers?
