What age do you let your LO drink tea?

My son turned 1 in January and he tried some of my cold tea and really liked it but idk if he’s allowed to drink it

Tea has caffeine and lots of sugar depending on how it’s made. I’d try caffeine free and very little sugar if your wanting to give tea to your lo.

in my family we do caffeine free until 3 plus. just how we do it, then again we don't do soda either, caffeine free or not.

I'd let him drink caffeine free tea now (at 1) if he liked it, but I don't feel comfortable giving him caffeinated or sweet tea until he's much older. I just don't think he needs the caffeine or sugar as a toddler.

I give hot tea (warm and milky) to my kids starting at one but always decaf. It’s normal in my family to have tea bubbas (tea in a bottle) but then again, my Mums English so we drink tea all the time, for any reason!

I would aim for caffeine free and there should be no harm!! Wait until they are much older for caffeine!

My husband gave it to my son a few times (watered down) since he has been one. He will be two in march. He gets it every once in awhile

I gave camomile tea to my baby at a year for teething help (it’s also caffeine free). I wouldn’t give a toddler or baby tea with caffeine though...
