What kind of rash is this?

On Monday we shaved his head like we always do ever 2-3 weeks and gave him a bath, we haven’t used anything different, he has never broke out in a rash any other time we shaved his head or that but this time this happened, he’s not itching it or anything but when you touch it you can feel the bumpiness from it and it’s gotten a little more red then Monday.

Well I’m bringing him in today to see our doctor cuz it’s not going away and I have put over the counter cream on it to see if it helps and it hasn’t and now he’s itching it a little.

My little girl got this when she was a few months we used alveeno eczema balm and have ever since we went to her ped. And they thought it was a heat rash. After a few applications it went away. I’ve been singing it after bath time ever since. She had the same reaction a few times changing lotions or shampoos. She’s light skinned so she’s more sensitive to reactions we only use dove shampoo and eczema balm.

I’m just guessing here but since he isn’t itching it much, maybe heat rash? It’s common in young children, or allergic reaction to laundry detergent, fabric of clothing, lotions, perfumes, medicines, creams (even things you put on yourself that may wipe off on him like perfume lotion etc)

Looks like the strep throat rash! My little sister use to break out in a rash when she’s younger with a rash and the doctors told us it’s a form or strep throat!
