so I went to a nature path today (a nature doctor) and basically said I have a tonnnnnn of problems and I need to seriously change my diet and he gave me some stuff to take, some remedies. well, my stupid stupid self is having an allergic reaction and took benadryl and now I have to stay up, because you aren't supposed to take it and go to sleep when having an allergic reaction.. I feel so stupid because I am never fucking normal. like I'm seriously kicking myself for being like this. I should have looked the stuff up before..
