I’m 13 and I’ve been constantly belittled by my family and honestly I am going to lose my composure. I don’t want to confront them but I don’t have anyone around that I can talk to.

How about a counsellor or teacher at school? Gotta talk to someone to let it out, then listen to what you can do about it. I'm sorry you're going through this, best to address it now.

You can express your feelings in a respectful and polite manner no parent would ignore your words if you do it this way. Express yourself let it out all these negative feelings are poison to the mind. I personally think that when parents don’t communicate with their children that’s where mistakes start happening, best of luck to you💖💖
