Feeling disappointed

I went for a third party sono at 14.5 weeks to find out gender. The cord was between babies legs. We went Tuesday for our 16 week apt and dr said the cord was between legs and the baby had there

Legs crossed. Dr thinks he knows the gender but couldn’t tell us since he isn’t 100%. I have a recheck with the third party sono place this Saturday. Feeling anxious we won’t get a peak. Any ideas what I can try and do to get the cord to move or any other thoughts? We have an apt match 1 for the anatomy scan. I hate the idea of having to wait so long. I still worry baby won’t cooperate then either.
