need advice on how to loose this weight
for someone who isn't used to working out what workouts (a work out plan is what I'm asking how many and what exercise would you advice me to do) would you give me my focus is to tone my butt and stomach after having my 3rd child i need help with loosing weight and toning my body can anyone help a girl out this is me now also i breastfed so having my boobs back would be nice too
I'm a SAHM so going to a gym isn't an option so need to work out at home PLEASE HELP!!!! my new year's goal is to loose weight I'm a size 12-13 I'd love to be a size 11 again 😩😩😩😩
