So I woke up this morning completely done until I went to take a shower I found this on my left boob.

I panicked a little and just wanted to know if anyone knows what it might be? 
I know its not a hickey cause I'm still a virgin and single.

I have these all over. is it the size of a pen tip? I had my doctor check these out and she said they are perfectly normal and harmless.
