Nervous Nelly

So I had a paragard iud put in back in November as I can't take hormones. My so and I moved in together and I didn't want to wind up pregnant just yet. I had to have it taken out last week because it moved. My cycles while I had it in were very irregular. We used condoms for the most part but may have had unprotected sex before it was removed not knowing it had to come out. We had sex again last night and the condom broke. The app shows this week as my fertile days. I spotted a bit last night but idk if maybe it has to do with the removal of the iud. I also had low back pain yesterday. Af isn't expected based on my irregular cycle for another two weeks. Do I just wait it out and be cautious? Or do you think I may get it earlier because I had it removed?
