Anyone else have headaches?

I’m a little over 14 weeks and the last 3-4 days I have had headaches that come and go all day. I’m making sure I’m drinking enough water so it isn’t dehydration but I want to avoid taking any medicine if I can. Any suggestions?

Even if you think you’re drinking enough water, you’re probably not!! My doctor has beat this into my head lol. 
If you don’t want to take medicine, try a little caffeine! You can safely have 200mg of caffeine a day. To put that in perspective...that’s 6+ cans of coke 😂😂 don’t go 6 cans of coke crazy, but it’s safe to have caffeine and it’ll help the headaches!!

I’ll be 12 weeks on Saturday and have had a constant headache all week. Dull and achey during the day and so severe at night. I try really hard not to take Tylenol but I’ve had to a couple times because it is so bad. I up my water intake, tried caffeine, alternating hot/cold packs...I usually end up going to bed even earlier haha, just to get away from it.

Anyone else have headaches?
