Has anyone ever gotten pregnant with IUD?

I had a very healthy regular period exactly 1week ago today woke up to an increase in a egg white-like mucus and later I realized i was lactating but i stopped breastfeading 3 years ago took a pregnancy test it was negative, however my urine was almost clear from my water intake could I be pregnant? I also have an IUD.
