Hit my first weight loss goal!!!

At my request, we decided to take a break from TTC for a few months so that I can focus on getting myself in shape both physically and mentally. **Currently down 15lbs and feeling so good inside and out!**

Adopting healthier “clean” eating habits, staying focused and getting outside and going for walks have been the key. Sounds so simple, but it can be tough! That being said, the results are worth it!

I have so much more energy now and my moods have really stabilized! Looking forward to starting TTC again soon!
