it won't open!?!?

I have tried all the folds I've tried small and large cups, it won't freaking open!?! :( and when I get it in i can't seem to reach enough of it or get a good enough grip to try and rotate it.           what am I doing wrong? HELP ME PLEASE :(

Maybe try circling the cup, while it is inside of you, with your finger.  I have to do that sometimes, it works for me when my cup doesn't open.

they have videos about this on YouTube. apparently u have to find a certain spot to let it open and then maneuver it into place...look at Red Herring page. She posts alot of info about cups.

You likely need a firmer cup. Those will open easier, but may cause you to feel a little more pressure. If you search menstrual cups firmness there should be some information! Good luck.
