Is this old blood? Please read!!!

Is it normal to have red old blood and is it normal to have cramping when old blood is returning because I'm experiencing both of those? My period ended last Wednesday/Thursday. Yesterday I noticed very light pink spotting when wiping. Today when wiping, it was brown and red (45% brown 55% red). I have absolutely no discharge, just this bleeding. Glow says I'm supposed to ovulate around next Tuesday but I don't have any discharge or cramping to show for it. Instead I have AF bleeding along with lower back cramps. During ovulation I usually have white creamy lotion like discharge leading up to the day that I ovulate then it's usually clear & stringy with some blood mixed in and I have cramping in one of my ovaries.
