Exercise
So early on I my pregnancy my dr put me on bedrest due to some blood in my uterus. That all cleared up. I was a very active person before I got pregnant. So that was torture for me. Last week I had an appointment and she told me that she knows I'm worried but I should continue to exercise. It's completely fine and healthy right now and will help with labor yadeedadada. So I went to the gym and did light cardio on the elliptical and some light lifting which she said was fine too. It felt so good. I went for a walk yesterday. I know it feels good and ta good for me but I'm just so scared something is gonna go wrong. I miscarried in January. I'm 13 w 4 now. Does anyone else exercise right now?
