What does it mean?

I’m 19 days late, 5 bfn lasted hpt was Monday had a blood test on Tuesday they tested my hcg levels and ovulation had results to today ... but I’m still none the wiser my levels are 19 which is low they can’t tell if I ovulated so retesting Monday anyone has this before or any idea what it means?
