Grieving after loss(es)

I’m hoping some ladies can give good advice. I had two miscarriages last year, last one resulting with a D & C in October. I didn’t heavily grieve due to the initial shock & the holidays. Plus I have a toddler & do my best to stay positive around him.

I’m feeling it now though since we’re currently TTC & wow the grief can creep up...

Does it get easier with time? I’m trying to put no pressure on TTC & focus on ME

IE getting my mind right, body, etc

I was talking to my sister about it & something she said stuck with me she said “maybe your angels aren’t ready for you to move on & want to be grieved” honestly both miscarriages I never saw a baby or heartbeat so I never associated my loss with a baby. (I had an early MC at 4 weeks & blighted ovum at 9)

Part of me feels the hurt won’t stop until I have my rainbow baby in my arms 👶🏼🌈
