Is it possible

I started bleeding heavily January 6th came off my period January 12th started ovulation testing for this cycle January 13th January 13th n 14th I was the first one on the box but January 15th and everyday since I’ve been the middle one on the box I started spotting tonight n I tested again tonight bc our fertility specialist told us to test twice on Fridays n I’m still the middle one on the box is it possible for me to still be the middle one on the box n be spotting idk what’s going on
