Hey, ladies!

So quick question- I have been diagnosed with hydrosalpinx in my right Fallopian tube. My husband and I are trying to get pregnant but have been told this will be nearly impossible. I do have a normal functioning left Fallopian tube and my ovaries seem to be fine. Anyone have hydrosalpinx? And if so, have you been able to conceive and did you receive any treatment? Or did you do anything naturally on your own to help? I really don’t want to have surgery to correct it and would rather do it naturally and non-invasively. Any answers would be great!
