Confused

I was 5 says late it’s been 30 days since my last period . I took 4 EPT test 3 came out positive with faint lines . The 4th one i took the next morning came back negative and still no period . I’ve been having lower back pain and boobs are really sore . I finally went to the dr yesterday for a blood test and waiting for the results . When i got home i took a clear blue easy test and it said not pregnant . Later that night i started my period . Today i feel like crap i got cramps and I’m achey . I’m confused on why i would have these symptoms and test positive and get my period . I had a miscarriage a year ago and been trying since but just found out my husband has low fertility so i was shocked to see 3 positive test .
