Don’t feel pregnant

I’m 6w4days today. I’ve had 2 other early miscarriages in 9 months. I had my HCG checked and it did double, so they just scheduled my 8 weeks for 2/16.

I’m nervous because I don’t feel pregnant, not even sore boobs. Should I call to have HCG checked again?
